NEW DATES FOR SiD 2020 EVENTS
We hope that you and your loved ones are all keeping safe and well during these uncertain times. The spread of COVID-19 continues to impact all of our lives, jobs, and businesses.
After postponing our SiD Inferno Pairs London event, scheduled to take place in May, we are delighted to announce the new date for SiD Inferno Pairs London is October 10th and 11th 2020. The event will take place in the same location as previously planned, Lee Valley Athletics Centre.
Based on the current government advice and the continued need to respect social distancing, we have also decided to postpone our other events due to take place this year:
- SiD Inferno Pairs Cardiff will be postponed from August 8thand 9th until December 12th and 13th 2020 at the NIAC, Cardiff.
- SiD Origins will be postponed from September 5thand 6th until November 28th and 29th 2020 at The University of Bath.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
All SiD Inferno Pairs athlete ticket holders, for both London and Cardiff, will automatically have their tickets transferred and registered to the new 2020 dates (as above).
I CAN’T MAKE THE NEW DATES
In the eventuality that athletes can no longer compete across the new dates, then there are three options available:
- Substitute Team member(s)
Athlete places are fully transferrable. This applies to both athletes or just a single athlete within the team. Please email changes to email@example.com
- Transfer to Inferno Pairs 2021
Ticket and event places can be deferred until the same event in 2021, however, requests linked to this deferral must be in line with the refund dates stated below. Please email deferral requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
A full refund, less the booking fee, can be issued, in line with the following deadlines:
- SiD Inferno Pairs London, the closing date for refunds – 31stJuly 2020.
- SiD Inferno Pairs Cardiff, the closing date for refunds – 9thOctober 2020.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any further refunds or deferrals requested after these dates. Please email refund requests to email@example.com
We understand that this is an ever-changing situation and we will continue to endeavour to deliver exciting and safe events. The safety of all of the athletes, and everyone working on the events, is the most important thing to us. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and take whatever steps necessary to minimise any risks.
We’re fully committed to helping you come through this time stronger and at times like these, we all need to draw on our amazing fitness communities, friends, and family around us.
Thank you for your ongoing patience and support and we look forward to seeing you at our events, hopefully soon, in the future.
Stay safe and well.
