European Fitness League Ltd (“European Fitness League”, “us”, “we”, “our”) trading as Strength in Depth, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 9004034 with its registered office at The Business Studio, Southstoke Hall, South Stoke, BATH. BA2 7DL is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. The policies below are applicable to European Fitness League Limited’s website: (the “Website”).

European Fitness League Limited is the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“Act”) and will only use personal information in accordance with the Act and the permissions granted by you.

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. When you register to take part in any Strength in Depth competition, you are agreeing to these Terms.

You agree to abide by the rules of the ‘Strength in Depth’ competition as detailed in the “Competition Rulebook” for each event.

Transgender policy

Strength in Depth is committed to ensuring that all athletes have equal access and opportunities to participate in Strength in Depth events in a manner that is fair to all competitors while preserving the integrity of the sport. Transgender athletes are welcome to participate in accordance with the requirements set forth below.

Participation in Strength in Depth events

Athletes who plan to register in a gender category other than the gender assigned to them at birth must request their participation by contacting The email must confirm the following:

  • Full name
  • Their gender in their everyday life matches their registration gender.
  • They have obtained civil documents with their registration gender identified. (e.g. Passport or driver’s license).

Athletes who cannot meet the criteria above may provide medical or other evidence satisfactory to Strength in Depth, establishing that they self-identify as the gender stated in their registration. Strength in Depth will process each request on a case-by-case basis and may request further information such as evidence from a medical professional to support their application.

Challenges to the gender classification of an athlete

Any athlete registered for CFSiD may challenge the gender classification of an athlete by sending a confidential written request to That request will be reviewed by Strength in Depth HQ in such manner as it deems appropriate. In the interest of confidentiality, the receipt of the challenge will be acknowledged, but no further information will be provided to the challenging party. Strength in Depth HQ may also conduct a review and evaluation of an athlete’s gender classification on its own initiative.

Confidentiality and consent to sharing confidential information

The legitimate medical and other privacy interests of transgender athletes will be preserved. Any discussion involving the gender identity of an athlete and any documentation supporting a gender transition will be kept confidential on a need-to-know basis, unless the athlete makes a specific request otherwise. Athletes give their consent to Strength in Depth to share confidential information with others as may be reasonably required in the application of this policy or in the application of the transgender policies of other sports organizations in which the athlete is participating. Strength in Depth will not retain any medical documentation that may be provided by athletes in accordance with this policy after receiving notice from them that they will no longer be participating in Strength in Depth events.

CrossFit Strength in Depth- We are processing registrations for this event through competition corner for athletes and helm tickets for spectators.
SiD Inferno Pairs London- We are processing registrations for athletes and spectators through helm tickets.
SiD Inferno Pairs Cardiff- We are processing registrations for athletes and spectators through helm tickets.

Please note you will be subject to each third parties standard terms of sale. After you make a payment  you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your payment. If you have not received an email from us within 48 hours of making the payment, please contact us at

From the moment we begin to organise an event, we start to incur costs.

Team Entry Fee:
Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event, hiring facilities, hiring and buying equipment; as such, we unfortunately do not offer a refund on any team entry fees once a payment has been made. For those teams successful enough to be invited to the Final event (if applicable), there will be an additional entry fee due. If, post receiving such subsequent fees, we are forced to cancel the Final event then all these teams will receive a full refund (less any booking fees) for this Final weekend entry fee only.

Spectator Entry Fee:
Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event, and adding to the spectator show experience, as such, we unfortunately do not offer a refund on any spectator entry fees once a payment has been made.  If, post receiving such subsequent fees, we are forced to cancel the event then all fees will be fully refunded (less any booking fees).

Participant Waiver
All participant athletes must complete an online athlete waiver and medical questionnaire prior to participating in a Strength in Depth competition. The online waiver will be circulated to you as the team captain.
By registering to partake in a Strength in Depth competition you acknowledge that this athletic competition is an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to: actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, event monitors and/or producers of the event; lack of hydration, weather, and/or other natural conditions. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this event.

By registering to partake in a Strength in Depth competition you certify that you are physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.

By registering to partake in a Strength in Depth competition you acknowledge that the athlete waiver and medical questionnaire (Release of Liability (AWRL) form) will be used by European Fitness League, and the sponsors of the event in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities during the competition.

By registering to partake in a Strength in Depth competition you acknowledge you agree to complete the online athlete waiver and medical questionnaire prior to participating in any competition. You hereby take action for yourself, executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me from this competition, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: European Fitness League Ltd and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, the event sponsors and event volunteers, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event.

By registering to partake in Strength in Depth you hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the competition event.

This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.

For example, if you choose fill out your Athlete Profile, upload your photo and update your personal information, we have your permission to (among other things): shop your story and photo to any media outlets we choose and we have your permission to use your materials (including, without limitation, your photo and story and any other materials submitted) and grant others visiting our website the use of the foregoing materials.
